Installer Feature Wrap-Up

I want the new MSI installer to properly create a desktop icon, to remember the previous install location on upgrade, and to show up in a windows 8 start group (different from start menu).

Start Menu entries are also an option.

Okay, Installer basic functionality including upgrades (much more flexible than the AIP upgrader, which would never allow downgrades) is done.

What's missing is a post-install script that does the connection to FAForever.exe as the replay opener and maybe even url schemes. For that to really be worthwhile we need to revamp the login process first.
