Macrotexture is missing

This one https://github.com/FAForever/Neroxis-Map-Generator/pull/351 removed the macrotexture on the biomes. Which is signifcantly altering the look of the biomes in some cases, for example the snow biome. I need to reorganize the texture layers again to be able to fit in the macrotexture.
