Add minimum amplitude modulation on I/Q and RF and use a RRC filter with upsample to implement a Nyquist filter Could use https://github.com/jgaeddert/liquid-dsp

In practise SampleRate Max is about 1M...this method will be suitable only for low symbolrates ( <250Ksymbols in QPSK)
