F5 Telemetry to use latest api v2 for Datadog.

Describe the solution you'd like

Datadog requests v2 api support with Telemetry. Ticket that was opened with F5 support we are sending too much data and also logging shows that we are not supporting v2. https://docs.datadoghq.com/api/latest/metrics/#submit-metrics
