Add feature to set community under route-map

This is a new feature request, currently unable to set community under a route-map with DO.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implement the ability to set community under a route-map. Here is a sample of the ZebOs config:

route-map test permit 10 match ip address prefix-list mylist set community internet

Describe alternatives you've considered

This can be manually configured, but would like to be able to do if via DO.
