Ability to modify max_json_policy_size at DO

My AWAF policy size requires the maximum "max_json_policy_size" to be increased because the default is too low.

Ability to set this variable using DO. Currently it must be done via either BASH or TMUI.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Workaround currently is trigger this as a bash script run remotely to execute /usr/share/ts/bin/add_del_internal
