Python SDK Capabilities Doc

This is a request for a higher-level "Python SDK Capabilities" document that articulates the various capabilities enabled by the Python SDK. The existing documentation is excellent; however, a user currently needs to scan through the docs and modules to get an understanding of all the cool things you can do with these libraries.

I'm requesting a brief document that could be used by the field and customers to provide a high-level view of the scope of the use cases that are enabled (e.g. BIG-IP device provisioning, HA Pairing, LTM services provisioning specifics and limitations, GTM services provisioning specifics and limitations, etc.)

I'd like to use this as a key marketing tool to get the message out that we indeed are DevOps ready and to get the field, customers, and market excited about what can be done with this SDK.
