ManagementRoot should make sure you are talking to the right product

Today you can use the f5.bigip.ManagementRoot on BIG-IP or BIG-IQ, but they behave differently. We just added a feature branch for f5.biq because of this.

When we instantiate MangementRoot it should do a /tm/sys/version and check the Product attribute to make sure you are using the correct ManagementRoot for the correct product
