Get BigIQ Policy list with python sdk return null

I had upgrade my BigIQ from version 5.1.0 to 5.4.0 and now - get policy list return null.

pools = mgmt_root.cm.shared.licensing.pools_s.get_collection()

I use python sdk 3.0.14
