[RFE] support running on bigiq

Like AS3/DO, it would be nice if FAST ran on BIG-IQ to provide templating functionality

FAST running on BIG-IQ like AS3/DO

BIG-IQ templates are rather difficult to author and specific to that system
Additional context
FAST templates are much easer to write and portable.
BIG-IQ 8.0 indicates that the proprietary (legacy) templates are deprecated. However, the AS3 templates that are suggested are also proprietary to BIG-IQ. Please change to using FAST as the templating engine along with the FAST GUI for presentation purposes. This will make FAST deployment consistent across the toolchain stack.
This is a known issue and already in our backlog. It is being tracked internally with ID MYSTIQUE-317.
