Setting to do initial dump to HDD or memory card?

I personally think this could be a nice QoL feature, since it allows you to easily copy the BIOS files directly to a USB drive at a later time. Or access the dumps through the internal HDD if that's connected to the computer.

It could also be nice if MMCE support was available, since it also allows you to dump directly to the memory card emulator's exFAT/FAT32 SD card directly; no USB drive required.

This is an interesting idea, but the reason I haven't implemented such a thing is due to the increased complexity and failure points involved in loading PAD and especially HDD drivers.

I suppose biosdrain can read a config from a file in the CWD and part of the setup would be configuring the file. This program needs a refactor and cleanup before any of this happens though.
