biosdrain Dump on SCPH-30001 and SCPH-79001 not working

Using FreeMcBoot current release and running uLaunchElf with version 2.2.0 of bios drain seems to cause the PS2s to hang when it gets to DVD ADDR and Size. Rom 1 and Rom 2 populate with data but after the cat is just hammering away at the table forever. Ive tried 6 usb drivesin exfat and fat32, 2 30001 series and one 79001 series ps2 to see if it was just me. I have also tried the previous release 2.1.3 and that fails each time and doesnt get anywhere. Should I be trying an older release at this point?

Thanks for the issue report. That is definitely strange. Can you verify that the DVD player in your system is working? Another user had better luck using 2.1.1. Although that was fixing an issue related to their USB drive not being detected.

Yep dvd player is working, can play games on all of the systems just bought two more today, I’m really hoping it’s the USB drives I have

EDIT: 2.1.1 worked, no issues went straight into dumping files. Will confirm across my other 4 ps2s and see as well, but looks like its good.
