Scan Steam account digit range
This is an old project
Sorry to dissapoint in case you arrived late to the party, but do not expect this to work. While I haven't ran this program in about 6 years, I assume it can still scan for accounts; however I don't expect that you can do much with the output.
FindLowDigAccounts
This will scan Steam accounts within a certain range and if they have no set up their Steam Community profile then it will log that account Steam id. I am not responsible for what you do with this.
