Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into any server.
2. Press options/esc/whatever your menu button is, notice how there is a change team button.
3. Play the first match (Not Round), noting you are still able to change teams at any time.
4. Wait for the next match to start at the conclusion of the first.
5. Once loaded into the second match/map, note how the change team is now missing.

Expected Result

When you load into the second match, you will still be able to use the change team feature.

Actual Result

When you load into the second match, you are unable to use the change team feature as it is now missing. (Photos Bellow)

This was a known issue within BOIII While Momo and his team were maintaining it, he did fix it at one point, unsure if that fix still exists.

Upon writing this I also noticed the 'Quit To Desktop' disappears to.
