Steps to Reproduce
- Start a campaign level, the second one is a good example.
- Start the mission from the hub.
Expected Result
NPC's voices and actions play at the correct timings.
Actual Result
Observe NPC's lip syncing with their character models being out of sync as well as talking over each other and performing actions at the wrong time during in-game scripted events.
