Update CKAN, HyperEdit is compatible with KSP 1.10.1

I installed HyperEdit from the Kerbaltek website, and it seems to be fully compatible with KSP 1.10.1, but it is listed as 1.9.9 being the latest compatible version.

Thanks for the reminder! I've changed the .version file in both this repo, and in our download .zip.
