Lander fine-tuning should not reset altitude.

I've been testing this quite a bit recently and it seems to be a trade-off as so far I can't find a way to get the current altitude while fine-tuning is in progress - KSP only tells me the altitude as it stood at the beginning of the landing phase. I will keep testing it though!

Since we know where we started and how fast we're moving (down), we should be able to count/track how far we've come down at the moment the IJKL key was pressed, and put/keep the vessel at that point (alt).
