can't play certain mp3 on iphone 6 only

can't play this [mp3 file link](http://www.awazliqkitap.com/kitap/bahadirname/5-kisim/2.mp3) file on iPhone6 only but can play it without problem on iPhone 8 and XR, the sound is distorted and mixed.
