WordUtils - generate next lexicographic permutation in Tamil

It is not practical to generate all n! factorial permutations of a n-letter Tamil word. Instead we can generate the next 100, 1000 etc permutations of the given n-letter word. e.g. a 10 letter word has 10! appxly 3.6 million permutations.
