exact translation of english to tamil and tamil to english . not like google translator.

@abuvanth could you please expand your ticket description ? This is a very open-ended problem; maybe you can do some research by looking a published articles for Tamil machine-translation and statistical machine translation using http://scholar.google.com and other web resources.

I would be really happy to have this service as part of open-tamil, but really in mean time we can use API access libraries for accessing (free for 2million words/month I think) Microsoft translator.
