Implement a Adami Madurai scheme for open-tamil

The following transliteration scheme (Adami/Madurai) is used: vowels: a, A/aa, i, I/ee, u, U/oo, e, E, ai, o, O, au/ow, q/ah consonants: k, ng, c/s, NY/ny, t/d, N, th/dh, nN/n^, p/b, m, y, r, l, v, z/zh, L, R, n grantha: h, j, S, sh, sri

Can you provide more details on this issue? What do we need to do for this? Also the link you provided has translations not transliterated words.

Follow examples in transliterate package to add a new scheme called Madurai Adami with the table as described in issue above.
