Phaser v 2.6.2 with GUI 0.3.2 not working

When I am running the cordova app. example given for the phaser game is showing the blank screen. Console showing the phaser 2.6.2 and GUI 0.3.2 loaded successfully but the theme load method function(setupGUI) does not get called. I have added all the new files and still not getting the example to work.
