We aren't seeing the action running on PRs anymore. Is there an outage?

Hey @szechyjs, thanks for highlighting this!
It looks like something around permissions changed in the GitHub API at ~midday UTC yesterday, and about half of all requests started failing
Unfortunately I'm on holiday at the moment so I won't be able to look into this myself until next week 😔
For reference, the error that I'm seeing is:
Resource not accessible by integration - https://docs.github.com/rest/repos/contents#get-repository-content
This should be covered by the single file access that this app uses, although I can't seem to find the docs for this anymore, so maybe it was removed by GitHub?
I'm limited by what I can do since I only have my phone with me, but if you're able to do some research yourself and find out the cause / solution (which ideally isn't granting the app access to the entirety of everyone's repos) then I'm more than happy to make config changes to the app 🙂
@Ezard Is there any update on this? Semantic PRs still seems unable to run for us.
I thought this resolved itself, but just saw this 'hanging' again. Anyone know a fix or anything?
In the meantime I have dropped the requirement for this check as it's still unreliable and was blocking my automated PRs.
