Does this work for live streams. I would like to pass a live stream through this to play on tvheadend

I forgot to mention that I am aiming to use it to remove stream discontinuities which causes tvheadend to have problems

And if you aim to pull and push to another origin I could recommend to also check out (based on hls-download library). https://github.com/Eyevinn/hls-pull-push

Sorry, mixed this up with another library of ours. This particular one does not support live.
