Handle redirect (HTTP 301) for VOD

If the URL to the VOD multi variant playlist returns a 301 redirect the parsing of media playlist locations are wrong. They are not considering the redirected URL and constructs relative URL based on the URL before the redirect. Example VOD: https://streams.bitmovin.com/cmbf4nfgnfcht63mpov0/manifest.m3u8
