update toBuffer function, support RAW data

Hi

I added a new toBuffer function which allows to modify the current image buffer (and later recreate a new image object).

If you think this function is useful I'll add a proper test and an example code.

+1 I would find this feature very useful, it'll dramatically improve performance over using getPixel()
