Releases don't show C# documentation

If a user consumes the Malimbe release they won't see the XML documentation that is added to the various public API components of Malimbe, specifically its attributes.

The solution is probably to ensure the XML documentation file is built and shipped alongside. Note that each new file also needs a matching Unity .meta file to be added!
