[Overseer][Component] Invert timer and Invert mask incorrect behavior

The current behavior seems to be that the check boxes for Invert timer and Invert mask both have exactly the same behavior for the visual portion of the component - filling or emptying the square with the mask color. (the text timer behaves correctly)

The correct implementation of the visual should allow 4 visual options instead of the current 2.

Note: checking both invert timer and invert mask has the same visual behavior as having both unchecked.
