[Overseer][Component] Border Color - checkbox working wonky

With the box for Item Border check (intuitively means item border on), there is a permanent redish/orangish border around the icon instead of the picked color.

With the box for Border color not checked (off) it will use the selected color in the box.

If someone wants the border to be turned off, it requires them to edit the color to 100% transparency.
