Wifi on option isnt carried accross different hardware

I think it would be good to have the checked option universal to all hardware. The default appears to be off and requires rechecking when flashing different hardware.

Could this instead default to what was previously selected on the same piece of hardware?

I prefer to have my TX modules connect to the home wifi, but with the lower power wifi signal from my receivers I'd prefer to default to creating their own hotspot.
