Binding phrase history

It could be listed in support page or somewhere nearby BINDING_PHRASE input. I think it should keep a list of 10-20 previously used binding phrases.

I have started working on this. Just wanted to make sure that someone else isn't actively working on this issue.

Hey @parkerbjur, as far as I know nobody else is working on this issue.

Also, please hop on an ExpressLRS Discord server at #configurator channel. It will be easier to collaborate there.
