Action Performed:

1. Log in to New Expensify as migrated user (not sure we know conclusively if it’s for migrated users)
2. Navigate directly to Reports → Reports
3. Observe that user avatars are missing on the first load.

Expected Result:

User avatars should load immediately on the first visit to Reports → Reports

Actual Result:

Avatars do not load on initial visit.

Hmm, I could not repro this. @m-natarajan can you confirm if you can reproduce? Some steps I used:

• Use an account that has reports
• Headed to classic
• Input migration nudge nvp
• Went to ND
• Dismissed 2 min demo pop up modal
• signed out
• signed in
• went to reports page right away
• saw avatars load fine
