Action Performed:

1. In Classic, create a workspace
2. Set Submission frequency to disabled
3. Invite User A
4. As User A, email a receipt in

Expected Result:

Receipt shouldn’t create a report since Submission frequency is disabled and as such, auto-reporting should be disabled

Actual Result:

Receipt creates a report and is reported.

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
