Action Performed:
Prerequisite: Members and company cards added in workspace
- Go to staging.new.expensify.com
- Choose the workspace from settings
- Click company cards >Card Details
- Go offline and click update card
Expected Result:
Grey out the "Update card" button offline
Actual Result:
Loading circle is displayed infinitely when you queue an offline card update.

Regression Test Proposal
Precondition:
- Company cards enabled
- A feed added to the policy with some cards assigned
Test:
- Go offline > Workspace > Company Cards
- Go to card details of any one assigned card
- Update Card button should be disabled
- Go back online > Go to card details
- Update Card button should be enabled > Click the button
Verify that when loading the button is also disabled and the loading stops when back online

I think these tests will be handled by testing added by @joekaufmanexpensify for the project. I am going to close this as we will handle the payments together later for the project. Thanks for the rest of the checklist
