Action Performed:

1. Open hybrid app
2. Click on the Hidden chats in the LHN
3. Click on other chats

Expected Result:

Clicking on Hidden chats should open the corresponding reports

Actual Result:

App hangs and not loading the chats

Okay I will look into this early next week. Looks like @hurali97 has a good idea as to why this is happening. Thank you for looking into this @hurali97!

The reproduction steps for this are not specific enough IMO. I do not know how to create hidden chats, for one. First step is figuring that out so that I can reproduce the conditions.

Didn't learn anything about how to reproduce the hidden chats. Asked for Onyx data so we can pass this off to a C+ / expert agency engineer to dive deeper here.

Was too busy catching up on chores to work on this today. Server bugs, urgent customer issues. Will work on it tomorrow.

From the slack thread looks like we have some work being done to help us debug, since we think we need more information in order to debug this on the hybrid app.
