Saving as markdown doesn't work for room description

We replaced the welcome note feature with a room description feature in https://github.com/Expensify/App/issues/32953. Let's also update the whisper that gets sent upon joining a room to include this room description. However, saving the welcome message as markdown doesn't seem to be working properly. Let's fix that.
