I think this is actually a Critical bug as it means OldDot scheduled submit settings aren't being respected in NewDot. Is this reproducible @mallenexpensify @ntdiary?

@greg-schroeder, I'm not sure if this can be reproduced. Also, based on the above comments, it seems that this is an internal task, and I can't test this scenario (I can't change the Scheduled Submit for my workspace in OD). 🤔
