Start.bat doesn't work

I inserted the account token and when i ran start.bat it opend for a couple miliseconds and closed. I tried even with admin, still nothing

What's TOKEN=ENTER TOKEN HERE I don't get it. It's not same as the youtube video you uploaded. It's useless and not helping.
