Add an arrow to select application version

We should add on the report page an arrow next to the version to indicate that the link will show you the different versions available.

@a-mere-peasant For the best experience for our users, we would need to:

• get the list of reports for a given application (with their report id and version number)
• create a select form with the list of version to be able to switch to another report
