Feature request: Support writing to PNG `eXIf` chunk

It would be useful (for cases where some apps can't handle text chunks in PNGs) to have exiv2 support writing eXIf chunks to PNG files.

I think it should be a command line key to force writing eXIf instead of zTXt, but this for the devs to decide, of course.
