When shot with Tranqulizer gun items not dropped from inventory, even when set to true

Describe the bug Items not dropped from tranqualized player, so he can shot a guy who tranqualized him

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Find Tranq gun
2. shot to player who have gun
3. while he got tranqualized he can shoot you

Expected behavior While player get tranqualized items should fall out

Server logs not nescesary

EXILED Version ("latest" is not a version): 5.2.1
