Check spurious assembly load warnings under .NET 6

There are lots of warnings like this logged under .NET 6:

Initialization [Warning] Assembly SYSTEM.RUNTIME could not be loaded from resources.
Initialization [Warning] Assembly SYSTEM.WINDOWS.FORMS could not be loaded from resources.

These are spurious and confusing if the diagnostic log is shown for other reasons.
