Sort out RefEdit range selection from forms and CTP

It would be nice to have a good RefEdit solution or samples that can be used from forms or a CTP. The last attempt (https://github.com/Ron-Ldn/DotNetRefEdit) to explore this is no longer working due to Excel and Excel-DNA changes.
