Typelib Registration in Excel

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I thought there may be some expertise here.

I am creating a folder with ExcelDna xlls, Assemblies and a typelib.

The folder is copied to a %localappdata% folder on the user's machine, so we know the location of the files.

The question is, if I create a spreadsheet locally with the typelib (referencing my localappdata folder), what happens when a user uses that sheet?

I guess it comes down to how these typelibs are registered. Currently I am going to the VBA references and adding them manually.
