[Suggestion] NFSU2 Regional LAN Fix

As I (and MWisBest) fixed Regional cars, now we need to fix LAN. They must/can see each other. samfednik@gtrcars: "That's crazy. Another would be to combine PAL/ntsc to NFSMW/U2 in LAN mode to see servers, for example Russian and American hosts together." Thanks to samfednik for suggestion.
