Python [3.11.0rc2](https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3110rc2/) is also available and currently the latest release candidate version!

I would really love to see a miniconda installer with Python 3.10! Maybe we can leapfrog to Conda [22.9.0](https://github.com/conda/conda/releases/tag/22.9.0), but please do whatever is faster. Hope we can make it...

Thanks for getting back! I think aside from the GeoPandas dependencies, the CI relying on Conda will be the hold up. Conda is quite slow with adopting new Python versions....

shapely just released version [1.8.5](https://github.com/shapely/shapely/releases/tag/1.8.5), with 3.11 wheels on PyPI! Only Fiona is left of the direct dependencies! Conda is working on it, see tracking issue https://github.com/conda/conda/issues/11170.
