Bulleted list within table cell?

I need a bulleted list within a table cell. How can I do that?

Unfortunately I've assumed that this is a "Document" feature. I need to add it in OfficeIMO.

OfficeIMO is C# library that I wrote that is the underlying foundation for PSWriteOffice. It does all the heavy lifting for Word documents.
