[BUG?] API envia a mesma mensagem múltiplas vezes mesmo com apenas 1 requisição (v2.3.6)

Descrição do problema
Estou utilizando a Evolution API (imagem evoapicloud/evolution-api:v2.3.6) para envio de áudios via WhatsApp utilizando a rota:
Mesmo enviando apenas uma requisição para um determinado número, o mesmo áudio é reenviado automaticamente várias vezes, respeitando o delay configurado (ex: 31000 ms). O status da resposta da API permanece PENDING e não recebemos nenhum controle ou confirmação do envio final (ex: message_id ou status: SENT).

Que a mensagem fosse enviada apenas uma vez
Ou que houvesse um message_id ou status indicando envio já concluído

A mensagem é reenviada múltiplas vezes para o mesmo número
O delay parece ser usado como intervalo de reenvio, não como atraso único
Sem controle claro de finalização ou confirmação
