Spectator timer freeze TM2

Describe the bug The countdown timer freezes when going into spectator mode.

Expected behavior The timer should keep on ticking.

To Reproduce Please explain what led to the issue.

1. Go to server
2. Click on spectator mode
3. Look at the frozen timer
4. Go back out of spectator
5. The timer will jump to the actual time
