Scan for database migrations in 3rd party modules

Describe the feature you'd like to see in EvoSC Currently, the controller does not appear to check for database migrations in 3rd party modules, located under <evosc root>/modules/. It would be nice to add such a feature so it becomes easier to install and manage 3rd party modules.
